I was just thinking that I want to tat an angel. I like the bottom one as well, for the same reason as Shannon. I like everything about the design, and don't think it needs improvement. Perhaps the hair/halo could be changed to look a little less cartoonish; maybe make it one large chain instead of five small ones so that it looks like a halo. Perhaps the wings could have another section so that they have three scallops instead of two, and be just a little bit longer.
i like the bottom one... the skirt looks fuller.
